Job Title: Manager -CRM-Client Servicing -TPA Industry

Industry: TPA

Location:Gurgaon

Only candidates from the Health Insurance and TPA industry will be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Management and Retention of Top corporate for the region.

  1. Reports on top corporate/insurance companies/brokers to be reviewed with Leadership Team and proactively act on issues before escalations.

  2. Fulfilment of SLAs of top stakeholders for the respective region.

  3. Oversee timely submission of MIS reports to Insurance Companies/Corporate etc.

  4. Relationship with HO of Insurance Companies, Brokers etc...

  5. Service fees collection for the region.

  6. Oversee department functions like the Customer Care, Claims, Contact centre and related functions.

  7. ISO requirement for customer care and grievance.

  8. Responsible for P&L for the region.

  9. Team Management and team building which includes

  10. Regular interaction with the team

  11. Training the team
  12. Handling escalation from the team.
  13. Periodic review of the team and feedback to be shared with the team.

Qualification & Experience required:

  • Experience: Minimum Graduation with 7-9 years of experience in Customer Service or Client Relationship roles, with a minimum of 3 years in a management position with direct reports for senior role.

Personal Attributes and Competencies:

  • Strong verbal, written, presentation and persuasive skills that effectively communicates with and influences Senior management and external clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills that demonstrate creative, innovative problem-solving approaches to complex situations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
