Role Description
This is an on-site contract role for a Training Coordinator located in Kolkata. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and implementing training programs, managing training schedules, developing training materials, and ensuring employee participation. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with participants, organizing training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training activities. The role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure training programs meet organizational goals and address the needs of the community.
Qualifications
- Training Coordination
- Experience in Training & Development and delivering Training sessions
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field
- Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
- Proficiency in local languages is preferred
