Qualification: B.Ed (IB/PYP certification preferred)

Experience: 5–7 years (with experience in IB PYP curriculum)

Salary Range: ₹80,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate PYP Coordinator to lead the Primary Years Programme (PYP) in our school. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the IB framework, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to mentor teachers while ensuring high-quality teaching and learning practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the implementation of the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP).
• Guide teachers in planning, designing, and delivering inquiry-based learning.
• Facilitate collaborative planning meetings and ensure IB standards are met.
• Organize professional development and training for PYP staff.
• Ensure alignment of curriculum, assessment, and pedagogy with IB requirements.
• Act as the liaison between the school and the IB organization.
• Support the development of students' holistic growth, inquiry, and international-mindedness.
• Prepare documentation and reports for IB authorization and evaluation visits.
• Engage with parents and the school community to promote the PYP philosophy.
