The role is for the Admission Coordinator and Education Marketeer for a culinary school. The ideal candidate shall have proven skills in the following:
Plan and Organise outreach program for prospective students.
Interacting with various organisations/schools (government or otherwise) in promoting the culinary education provided by the institute.
Evaluating prospective students and guiding them through application process and ensuring their seamless transition into the program.
-Conduct informational sessions, both one-on-one and in group settings, to answer questions and address concerns.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a thorough understanding of the cooking/hospitality/F&B training program, and a strong commitment to helping applicants achieve their educational goals.
Evaluation and Selection :
- Review applications to assess qualifications and suitability for the program.
- Conduct interviews with applicants to evaluate their potential and fit for the program.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to make final admission decisions.
Communication and Outreach :
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to attract potential students.
- Plan, Organise and participate in marketing and recruitment events, such as college fairs and open houses.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of applicant information.
- Prepare reports on admissions statistics and trends.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.
Program Promotion:
- Highlight the unique features and benefits of the Training Program in the Detailing League.
- Develop promotional materials and presentations to support recruitment efforts.
- Use social media and other digital platforms to reach a broader audience.
Job QualificationsApplicant Guidance:
- Provide comprehensive information about the Training Program to prospective students.
- Assist applicants with the completion of application forms and the gathering of required documents.
