Sales Associate - West
who will drive revenue growth, manage key client relationships, and develop strategic sales initiatives to expand our market share in the West region.
Based in: Mumbai, India.
What do you need to do? (Role and Responsibilities)
- Sales Strategy and Revenue Generation:
· Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.
· Identify new business opportunities and lead the sales team in acquiring new clients.
· Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and effectively manage the sales cycle.
- Client Relationship Management:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, advertising agencies, and media buyers.
· Understand client needs and provide tailored advertising solutions to meet their objectives.
· Negotiate and close deals with clients to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Market Analysis and Reporting:
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
· Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to the senior management team.
· Make recommendations for sales strategies and process improvements based on market insights.
- Collaboration and Cross-functional Coordination:
· Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, editorial, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns.
· Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales collateral.
· Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate invoicing and timely collection of payments.
Who could you be? Background and Experience:
● Master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
● 3+ years' experience in Digital sales & Branded Content.
● Experience working in the Digital Media & Entertainment Industry.
● Strong understanding of the Indian digital media landscape and advertising trends.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
● Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights.
