Social Media & Content Marketing Executive (Remote – India-Based)

Work Schedule:

Tuesday to Sunday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM Singapore Time

(Equivalent to 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM India Time)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative, results-driven Social Media & Content Marketing Executive to manage daily content and campaigns for our brands — Alangkaar Weddings & Events, Raja's Catering, and Spa Alangkaara.

You will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Google Business, etc.), staying on top of trends, and ensuring the company's online presence translates into measurable value and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, edit, and post daily social media content (images, videos, reels, and stories).
  • Manage and grow brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Business.
  • Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing and campaign goals.
  • Monitor trends, sounds, and viral formats to create engaging, shareable content.
  • Write captions, hashtags, and promotional messages that reflect the brand tone.
  • Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, and editors for timely content production.
  • Track analytics and performance metrics for posts and campaigns.
  • Plan and execute seasonal promotions and marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Director and Marketing Team to align social media efforts with sales and advertising goals.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in social media marketing or digital content creation.
  • Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube algorithms.
  • Strong English communication; Tamil or Hindi proficiency is a plus.
  • Skilled in Canva, CapCut, or similar design/video editing tools.
  • Understanding of social media insights and reporting tools.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently under deadlines.
  • Must have a laptop, stable internet connection, and reliable power backup.
