VIVIN Facilitators is a Dubai based company and we are a growing startup focused on building a strong digital presence and brand identity. We're looking for an energetic, creative, and self-motivated Public Relations and Social Media Intern who can help us manage and grow our online community — with a special emphasis on LinkedIn engagement and brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and optimize content for social media platforms, including:

LinkedIn (primary), YouTube, X (Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, and other emerging channels.

  • Develop and schedule engaging posts, campaigns, and updates aligned with the company's voice and goals.
  • Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and recommend improvements.
  • Assist in preparing PR content such as press releases, blogs, and announcements.
  • Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build online relationships that strengthen brand presence.
  • Collaborate with management and team members to align social media efforts with marketing and PR strategies.
  • Maintain an activity log for all social media and on-call tasks.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a college or university student (any stream with interest in marketing, communications, or media).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with social media tools and content scheduling platforms.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision in a remote environment.
  • Basic understanding of branding and audience engagement.
  • Website building, hosting, and SEO skills, including managing domains, mail servers, and Communication tools are added advantage for long-term assignments.
  • Basic awareness / orientation training in domain management will be provided up on exhibiting interest in this area.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and analytics.
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar).
  • Prior experience with social media internships or student projects is an advantage.
