About the Role
We're hiring an AI-savvy Social Media Marketing Manager to plan, create, and optimise content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads, utilising AI tools to work faster and smarter.
What You'll Do
- Build and execute monthly social media and content calendars.
- Create posts, short-form videos, and ad creatives using AI tools.
- Launch and optimize paid ads (Meta/Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Ads).
- Analyze performance (reach, CTR, CPC, conversions) and ship weekly reports with insights.
- Manage community (comments/DMs), run A/B tests, and iterate creatives and copy.
- Collaborate with sales/ops to turn case studies and offers into campaigns.
Must-Haves
- Own laptop/PC and stable internet
- 2 years in social media marketing
- Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, Canva, and AI writing/design tools.
- Strong English copywriting; basic design/video editing skills.
