As a Social Media Manager at Magicbox, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and managing our social media accounts. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining our brand's online reputation, engaging with our audience, and driving growth in our digital presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Strategy**: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Magicbox's goals and objectives.

**Content Creation**: Create high-quality, engaging, and shareable content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia formats.

**Platform Management**: Manage and maintain all social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and any emerging platforms relevant to our industry.

**Audience Engagement**: Foster meaningful interactions with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.

**Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to track the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies. Use data to make informed decisions and optimize content and posting schedules.

**Campaign Management**: Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including paid promotions, sponsored posts, and influencer partnerships.

**Community Building**: Build and nurture a strong online community around our brand, encouraging discussions and user-generated content.

**Stay Updated**: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing and incorporate them into our strategy.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully growing and engaging social media audiences.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- A passion for staying current with industry trends and emerging social media platforms.
- Graphic design and video editing skills (a plus).
