**Job Summary**: We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Specialist to develop and execute effective social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth across various social media platforms. As the Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing social media accounts, creating and curating content, monitoring social media conversations, and analyzing social media metrics to optimize performance. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure that the social media strategy aligns with the overall marketing goals of the Clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with marketing goals and objectives
- Manage all social media accounts and create content for various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging, and shareable content, such as photos, videos, blog posts, and infographics
- Monitor social media conversations and respond to comments, questions, and concerns in a timely manner
- Develop and manage social media campaigns, contests, and promotions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices and integrate them into the social media strategy
- Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports to the marketing team to optimize performance
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and monitor their effectiveness
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and brand advocates to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Ensure compliance with all social media policies and guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Proven 1- 2 years experience as a Social Media specialist or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong copywriting and editing skills
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their respective best practices
- Ability to create engaging and shareable content
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and report on social media metrics
- Experience managing social media advertising campaigns
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
- Creative thinker with a passion for social media marketing
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
