**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative **Social Media Executive** to manage and grow our TV channel’s presence across digital platforms. The role involves developing strategies, creating engaging content, managing online communities, and analyzing performance to enhance the channel’s reach, brand visibility, and audience engagement.

You will work closely with the creative, editorial, and production teams to ensure our shows, promos, and campaigns are effectively represented across all social media platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, manage, and execute daily content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create and curate engaging posts, reels, shorts, stories, and live interactions aligned with channel shows and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the design/video team to produce eye-catching graphics, motion content, and promotional creatives.
- Track trending topics, hashtags, and industry updates to leverage real-time engagement.
- Monitor, respond, and interact with followers, building an active online community.
- Develop and execute digital campaigns for new shows, events, and channel launches.
- Analyze social media performance (reach, engagement, growth) and generate weekly/monthly reports.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms.
- Work with influencers and partners for collaborations and cross-promotions.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Social Media Executive / Digital Marketer, preferably in a TV channel, OTT, or media industry.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and algorithms.
- Creative mindset with skills in content writing, captioning, and storytelling.
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
- Familiarity with basic design/video editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.) is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret insights and optimize performance.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
