Job Summary
As a Social Media Executive, you’ll be the voice of our brand, responsible for managing and growing our social media presence. You'll oversee daily operations of our social media accounts, craft compelling content that aligns with our brand identity, and engage with our community. You’ll also work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop and implement social media strategies that elevate our brand and drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Develop, design, and produce high-quality, visually engaging social media content, including photos, videos, reels, and graphics.
- Social Media Management: Oversee daily management of all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.), ensuring content is consistent with brand tone, aesthetics, and voice.
- Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build relationships with influencers, customers, and brand enthusiasts.
- Campaign Management: Collaborate on the planning and execution of seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand promotions, optimizing social media for maximum reach and impact.
- Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices, recommending strategies to keep the brand relevant and engaging.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze social media metrics, providing reports and insights to improve engagement and drive traffic to the website.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure all social content aligns with the brand’s identity, voice, and goals, creating a cohesive story across channels.
**Requirements**:
- Experience: 0-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
- Creativity: Strong creative skills with an eye for visual storytelling, brand aesthetics, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Design Tools: Skilled in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar graphic design software.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft engaging and on-brand captions.
- Analytical Mindset: Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics) to track performance and optimize content.
- Passion for Fashion: A keen interest in fashion and trends, with a good understanding of the industry.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with influencer partnerships and user-generated content campaigns.
- Knowledge of paid social media advertising.
- Photography, videography, or basic video editing skills are a plus.
