We are on the lookout for a creative, results-driven Social Media Executive with at least 1 year of experience to join our vibrant team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies that boost brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content for social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Monitor social media trends, analyze competitor activities, and derive audience insights to refine campaigns.
- Handle daily social media tasks, such as posting, commenting, and responding to user inquiries.
- Track social media performance through metrics and analytics, providing recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media strategies align with broader marketing objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools in digital marketing.
- Assist in organizing social media contests, giveaways, and engagement campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- 1 year of proven experience managing social media for brands or businesses.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A creative mindset, able to think strategically and develop fresh campaign ideas.
- A keen interest in staying on top of social media trends and digital marketing developments.
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
