Position Overview

Were hiring a SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Consultant with hands-on configuration experience, especially for Middle East payroll environments. The ideal candidate must be certified in ECP and should have delivered payroll solutions compliant with regional laws and pay structures.

Role & responsibilities

  • Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll (ECP) for Middle East clients.
  • Ensure payroll compliance for regional laws (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Oman).
  • Perform payroll schema setup, rules configuration, wage types, gross-to-net calculation, and off-cycle payroll.
  • Integration with EC Core and third-party systems (Finance, Benefits, Time Tracking).
  • Testing (Parallel runs, UAT) and go-live support.
  • Prepare functional documentation, config logs, and end-user training.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 4-8 years experience in SAP SF EC Payroll
  • At least 2 full-cycle implementations in ECP
  • Strong exposure to Middle East payroll processes (UAE WPS, GOSI, EOS, public holidays, etc.)
  • Certified in SAP SuccessFactors ECP
  • Strong configuration skills (schemas, PCRs, wage types)
  • Good communication & client-facing skills
