Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
CRM Specialist
to join our team. The role involves managing patient/customer data, ensuring accuracy of records, analyzing interactions, and supporting the sales and clinic teams in delivering seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update patient/customer data in the CRM system accurately.
- Track leads, follow-ups, and appointment conversions to ensure smooth patient journeys.
- Generate regular reports on sales, leads, and customer interactions for management review.
- Monitor data quality, identify gaps, and coordinate with teams for corrective actions.
- Support clinic and sales staff by providing timely CRM insights.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy standards and company policies.
- Assist in automation of workflows, reminders, and communication campaigns within CRM.
Candidate Requirements:
Education:
Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
Experience:
1–3 years in CRM management, data analysis, customer lifecycle, or related roles. Experience in healthcare/clinic setup is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good knowledge of CRM tools.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, clinic staff, and management).
- Languages:
Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
