Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
CRM Specialist
to join our team. The role involves managing patient/customer data, ensuring accuracy of records, analyzing interactions, and supporting the sales and clinic teams in delivering seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update patient/customer data in the CRM system accurately.
  • Track leads, follow-ups, and appointment conversions to ensure smooth patient journeys.
  • Generate regular reports on sales, leads, and customer interactions for management review.
  • Monitor data quality, identify gaps, and coordinate with teams for corrective actions.
  • Support clinic and sales staff by providing timely CRM insights.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy standards and company policies.
  • Assist in automation of workflows, reminders, and communication campaigns within CRM.

Candidate Requirements:

Education:
Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).

Experience:
1–3 years in CRM management, data analysis, customer lifecycle, or related roles. Experience in healthcare/clinic setup is preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Good knowledge of CRM tools.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, clinic staff, and management).
  • Languages:
    Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
