Human Resource Manager @ Analytics Vidhya

Work hard, Have fun and create a wonderful journey by leading the Human Resource Function at Analytics Vidhya. You will be given complete ownership of leading and managing the entire Human Resource Lifecycle(Hire to Retire) and you will be expected to closely work with the Management team to make Analytics Vidhya as an 'Employer of choice'.

Your Role:

1.Core HR Functions - Employee well being and engagement, look at improving the overall company culture, improve team bonding, conflict resolution etc. Experience with HRMS. Set standards for ethics, values and culture of the company.

2.Work with the management team to define overall organization structure and bring in the hierarchy- work towards defining a career progression plan for your colleagues.

3.Recruitment - Majorly tech and Analytics recruitment (5+ Years)

  • Collaborating with department heads and understanding different job functions and role requirements.
  • Team Management/Stakeholder Management
  • Salary Negotiations for senior positions
  • Updating and sharing regular dashboard with higher management
  • Regular hiring meet with department heads

4.Work closely with the leadership team to define and refine policies, Evaluate and review what our competitors are doing in terms of positioning in the market to attract the best talent, areas we need to improve, etc.

1.Responsible for getting timely third party BGV report for all the employees about to join

2.Responsible for resolving queries with reference to billing and agreements
