- Fluent English and Hindi (mandatory)
- Versant Level 4
Work Details:
- Work Mode: Work From Office
- Working Days: 6 days a week
Shift Timings:
- Females: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Males: 8:00 AM – 12:00 AM
- Week Off: Rotational
Compensation & Benefits:
For Freshers:
- CTC: ₹22,500/- per month
- Take Home: ₹17,500/- per month
For Experienced Candidates:
- CTC: Up to ₹23,500/- per month
- Take Home: Up to ₹18,500/- per month
Additional Benefits:
- Quarterly Bonus: ₹4,215/-
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions via voice support to identify and resolve potential fraudulent activities.
- Provide accurate and efficient solutions while ensuring excellent customer experience.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow company protocols for fraud prevention.
- Work closely with the team to ensure risk control and compliance with Flipkart policies.
