  • Work Mode: Work From Office
  • Working Days: 6 days a week

Shift Timings:

  • Females: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Males: 8:00 AM – 12:00 AM
  • Week Off: Rotational

Compensation & Benefits:

For Freshers:

  • CTC: ₹22,500/- per month
  • Take Home: ₹17,500/- per month

For Experienced Candidates:

  • CTC: Up to ₹23,500/- per month
  • Take Home: Up to ₹18,500/- per month

Additional Benefits:

  • Quarterly Bonus: ₹4,215/-

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer interactions via voice support to identify and resolve potential fraudulent activities.
  • Provide accurate and efficient solutions while ensuring excellent customer experience.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow company protocols for fraud prevention.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure risk control and compliance with Flipkart policies.
