Job Description

Education Qualification:

  • Any graduate with good analytical skills (BCA / B.Sc. Computer Science background preferred)
  • 1 to 3 years of experience

Desired Skills:

  • Self-motivated with excellent communication skills in English,
  • Ability to provide responses from simple to complex queries and deliver customer delight
  • Past experience with ERP support
  • Exposure to working in a startup ecosystem is desired

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing effective and timely resolution to customer queries
  • Responsible for providing support via call and via chat
  • Should align on TAT and SLA standards set by the company
  • Escalate necessary cases to the right team
  • May be required to perform other tasks as assigned
  • Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts and extended hours during high volumes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300, ₹350,000.00 per year
