Job Description
Education Qualification:
- Any graduate with good analytical skills (BCA / B.Sc. Computer Science background preferred)
- 1 to 3 years of experience
Desired Skills:
- Self-motivated with excellent communication skills in English,
- Ability to provide responses from simple to complex queries and deliver customer delight
- Past experience with ERP support
- Exposure to working in a startup ecosystem is desired
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing effective and timely resolution to customer queries
- Responsible for providing support via call and via chat
- Should align on TAT and SLA standards set by the company
- Escalate necessary cases to the right team
- May be required to perform other tasks as assigned
- Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts and extended hours during high volumes
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300, ₹350,000.00 per year
