We are looking for a skilled Financial Bid Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager to prepare competitive financial proposals for Government and Private tenders. The candidate will be responsible for pricing, cost analysis, commercial evaluation, and ensuring compliance with tender requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial bids, BOQ costing, and pricing sheets for Govt. / PSU / Private tenders.

• Analyze tender documents, commercial terms, payment terms, taxes, and contract conditions.

• Coordinate with technical, procurement, and project teams for cost estimation inputs.

• Prepare costing for materials, services, manpower, subcontracting, logistics, and overheads.

• Review BOQ, identify risks, and ensure accurate and competitive pricing.

• Maintain costing templates, pricing data, and rate databases for future tenders.

• Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain cost-effective quotations.

• Ensure financial bid compliance as per RFP/RFQ terms and customer requirements.

• Support management during tender presentations and price justification.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in Tendering, Estimation, Costing, EPC, System Integration, Infra, Airport, or Government projects.

• Strong understanding of commercial terms, taxes, GST, financial clauses, and pricing structures.

Skills Required:

• Excellent MS Excel skills (advanced formulas, costing sheets).

• Strong analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills.

• Good understanding of BOQs, techno-commercial evaluation, and tender processes.

• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Qualification: B.Tech / B.E / MBA / Any Graduate with relevant experience in Tendering & Costing.
