- Research the latest technology trends and competitive offerings

- Monitor managed services market developments
- Analyze competitive pricing and service offerings

Pre-sales Support and Knowledge Management (15%)
- Provide remote technical support to the HQ presales team
- Maintain solution knowledge base and best practices documentation
- Support opportunity qualification and solution scoping
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Support proposal reviews and solution validations
- Assist in deal qualification and opportunity assessment
- Provide technical guidance to the sales team
Education & Certifications
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- Required Certifications:
oITIL v4 Foundation (minimum)
oMajor cloud platform certification (Azure, GCP, or OCI)
Desired Certifications:
oITIL Intermediate/Expert levels
oProject Management certification (PMP/Prince2)
oIndustry-specific certifications (as relevant)
