Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Partnership Manager - Loyalty Program, located in Bengaluru. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing customer loyalty programs to enhance engagement and retention. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain partnerships, analyzing customer data to optimize loyalty initiatives, and driving customer satisfaction through innovative loyalty marketing strategies. The Partnership Manager will also ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to program growth and success.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Loyalty Programs and Customer Loyalty management.
  • Experience in Program Management, with the skills to plan, execute, and monitor loyalty initiatives effectively.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate program performance, interpret data, and provide actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of Loyalty Marketing principles to drive engagement and strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and techniques is an advantage.
