, We're Hiring: Assistant Brand Manager / Brand Manager – Emami Ltd.

Emami Ltd. is looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Brand Manager / Brand Manager to join our Marketing team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong brands, shaping strategy, and driving impactful consumer connections.

Key Responsibilities
Build, nurture & grow the brand's equity in line with strategic objectives.

Define brand identity, positioning, communication, pricing, packaging & promotions.

Partner with Sales, R&D, and cross-functional teams to deliver winning brand strategies.

Lead ATL & BTL campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI through effective media planning.

Drive new product development, brand extensions, and market entry strategies.

Monitor competition, market dynamics & retail audits to design impactful initiatives.

Manage budgets, P&L, and ensure brand objectives (topline & bottom-line) are achieved.

Mentor & guide brand executives, fostering a performance-driven culture.

What We're Looking For
Strong experience in brand management/marketing with proven track record.

Strategic thinker with creative flair and strong business acumen.

Hands-on experience in ATL, BTL, digital campaigns, product launches, and market research.

Excellent collaboration and leadership skills to work across departments and agencies.
