Position Overview
As a Digital Marketer at The Qwerty Ink, you will play a pivotal role in executing and optimizing our online marketing strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital campaigns, drive brand awareness, and increase customer engagement. Your creative thinking, analytical skills, and passion for all things digital will be essential in achieving our marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn ) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, etc.)
- Drive lead generation through paid channels as well as other digital marketing avenues like affiliate marketing, native ads, influencer partnerships, and programmatic platforms.
- Continuously monitor performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and optimize accordingly.
- Develop targeting strategies, ad creatives, and landing pages in coordination with the design and content team.
- Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and reporting to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and landing pages to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including sales and product teams to ensure lead quality and conversion tracking.
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, digital trends, and new media opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
