As a Digital Marketing Executive at Adastra Jewelry, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our company and e-commerce platforms. You will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that enhance our online visibility, engage our target audience, and drive revenue growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Digital Strategy Development**: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with Adastra Jewelry's business objectives.
**SEO and SEM**: Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to drive organic and paid traffic to our e-commerce platforms.
**Social Media Management**: Develop and manage social media content and advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and more.
**Content Creation**: Generate high-quality and engaging content, including blog posts, product descriptions, videos, and images, to showcase our jewelry collections and educate our audience.
**Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven improvements.
**E-commerce Optimization**: Work closely with the web development team to enhance the user experience, streamline the purchase process, and optimize conversion rates.
**Competitor Analysis**: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
**Budget Management**: Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget effectively to achieve maximum ROI.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the e-commerce or jewelry industry.
- Some knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for jewelry and aesthetics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
