**Department Overview**:
The Digital Marketing Team is responsible for creating and managing organic social media content that
drives brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This position will work closely with the marketing
& sales team to develop and implement a comprehensive organic social media strategy that aligns with
the company's overall marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage organic social media content that is engaging and informative
- Track, measure & improvise social media campaign performance.
- Work with the marketing & sales team to develop and implement a sales funnel.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Represent the company on social media and build relationships with key stakeholders.

Essential Skills
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful organic social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of organic social media platforms and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for social media and the digital marketing industry.
