Job Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and results-driven individuals to join our team as Telesales Executives/BDE. The role involves reaching out to potential customers via phone calls, promoting products or services, and achieving sales targets. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are confident, persuasive, and customer-focused.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
 - Introduce and explain products/services to customers.
 - Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
 - Handle objections and close sales effectively.
 - Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions.
 - Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
 - Provide excellent customer service to build long-term relationships.
 
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum educational qualification: Higher Secondary/Graduation (as per company requirement).
 - Proven experience in telesales or customer service is a plus.
 - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
 - Proficiency in regional languages (e.g., Malayalam, Hindi) or English, depending on the target market.
 - Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
 - Basic computer skills for managing records and using CRM tools.
