About Us:
CodeWild Tech is a growing e-learning and software training institute dedicated to connecting students with industry professionals and providing hands-on, real-world knowledge. We're expanding our team to strengthen our outreach and student enrollment efforts.
Role Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Business Development Executives and to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential students, explaining our courses and services, following up on leads, and driving enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential leads provided by the marketing team.
- Explain course details and benefits to prospective students.
- Maintain strong follow-up and relationship management with leads.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional activities or campaigns.
Requirements:
- Experience: 0–2 years in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (freshers are welcome).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of technology or education services is a plus.
