Vitosha INC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales / Lead Generation Specialist with 3–4 years of proven experience in the US Staffing industry.

Key Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in US Staffing & Recruitment (Mandatory)
  • Strong expertise in lead generation and cold outreach
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive
  • Must be able to work on-site from Day 1
