We are seeking a high-performing AVP/VP Sales & Business Development to drive revenue growth, enterprise client acquisition, and strategic partnerships. This is a leadership role for a dynamic sales professional with proven success in B2B sales within commercial real estate, interiors, construction, or allied industries. The individual will play a pivotal role in expanding market presence, developing key accounts, and building long-term client relationships, while working closely with the leadership team to shape business strategy
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Build a strong enterprise client pipeline across MNCs, corporates, coworking operators, and startups. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets and industry sectors. Business Development & Client Management Establish and nurture CXO-level client relationships to drive large-ticket mandates. Represent Flipspaces in pitches, presentations, and industry forums. Negotiate and close high-value contracts with enterprise clients and strategic accounts. Market Development & Partnerships Leverage networks with IPCs (CBRE, JLL, Cushman, Knight Frank), landlords, and developers to source qualified leads. Stay on top of market trends, leasing cycles, and real estate movements to generate opportunities. Build partnerships with ecosystem players to strengthen sales funnel. Team Leadership & Collaboration Lead, mentor, and guide the sales team to deliver consistent performance. Work closely with design, operations, and delivery teams to create winning proposals. Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to align sales efforts with long-term business objectives.
