**Key Responsibilities**
- **Prospect Outreach and Networking**:

- Attend networking events and actively engage in professional networks like **BNI** and other real estate communities.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with **real estate agents**, collaborators, and partner companies in Mumbai.
- Create meaningful connections through consistent outreach, one-on-one meetings, and follow-ups.
- **Market Engagement and Relationship Building**:

- Meet and connect with prospects to identify potential collaboration opportunities for Dubai real estate sales.
- Act as the point of contact for Mumbai-based partners and collaborators, ensuring excellent relationship management.
- Foster trust and collaboration with partner companies, providing them with insights and updates on Dubai real estate opportunities.
- **Sales Support and Lead Management**:

- Handle leads generated through collaborators and partners.
- Conduct pre-sales activities, such as understanding client requirements, offering tailored solutions, and addressing initial queries with the **support of the management team**.
- Ensure seamless communication between prospects and the internal sales team to facilitate deal closures.
- **Market Knowledge and Expertise**:

- Gain a thorough understanding of the **real estate markets**, particularly focusing on Dubai real estate.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and networking opportunities.
- **Travel and Client Engagement**:

- Be on the move within Mumbai to attend meetings, events, and collaborations.
- Be willing to travel occasionally to Dubai with clients, showcasing the real estate market and closing deals.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Graduate in any discipline (Real Estate, Marketing, or Business Administration is a plus).
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of field sales, B2B outreach, or networking experience, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent networking and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to build relationships and establish trust with collaborators.
- Highly self-motivated and willing to put in the effort to succeed.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital communication platforms.
- **Other Requirements**:

- **Willingness to travel** within Mumbai extensively.
- Must hold a **valid passport** for occasional travel to Dubai.
- Presentable and professional demeanor.
