We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to design and develop luxurious resorts and hotels. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in creating stunning, functional, and sustainable designs that exceed client expectations. *Key Responsibilities:*

• *Design Development*: Create innovative and functional designs for resorts and hotels, considering factors like sustainability, user experience, and brand identity

• *Project Management*: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including interior designers, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution

• *Client Relationships*: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions

• *Site Analysis*: Conduct site analyses to determine the best design approaches, considering factors like climate, topography, and local regulations

• *Design Communication*: Effectively communicate design concepts and ideas through presentations, renderings, and models

• *Sustainability*: Incorporate sustainable design principles and practices to minimize environmental impact and enhance guest experiences

• *Code Compliance*: Ensure designs meet local building codes, regulations, and industry standards

*Requirements:*

• *Education*: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)

• *Experience*: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on resort and hotel projects

• *Portfolio*: Strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects, including designs, renderings, and photographs

• *Software Skills*: Proficiency in architectural design software, such as Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

• *Communication*: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and teams

• *Sustainability*: Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices, such as LEED or WELL Building Standard

*Preferred Qualifications:*

• *Resort and Hotel Design Experience*: Proven track record of designing successful resorts and hotels, with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry

• *International Experience*: Experience working on international projects, with knowledge of diverse cultural and regulatory contexts

Pay: ₹40, ₹200,000.00 per month
