Freshwave Resorts Pvt. Ltd.
Our property combines the charm of nature with warm hospitality, offering guests an immersive stay amid lush greenery and mist-clad mountains.

Position:
Resort Manager

Experience:
2–7 years in resort/hotel operations

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in
Hotel Management
or related field


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee
    day-to-day resort operations
    including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest relations.
  • Ensure
    exceptional guest experiences
    through personalized service and attention to detail.
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to uphold resort standards and operational efficiency.
  • Manage budgeting, inventory, and cost control while optimizing revenue.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for events, promotions, and seasonal packages.
  • Maintain property safety, hygiene, and compliance with regulatory norms.
  • Build partnerships with local vendors and tourism stakeholders.


Skills & Attributes

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of
    hospitality software and property management systems (PMS).
  • A passion for
    eco-tourism, guest service, and sustainable hospitality.
  • Ability to thrive in a scenic, nature-based environment.
