Key Responsibilities

  • School onboarding: Initiate and manage the onboarding process for new schools and collect necessary data from schools including timetables and student information
  • Logistics management: Oversee the delivery and distribution of kits to schools and students and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely kit deliveries
  • Educator integration: Introduce assigned educators to school staff and students and conduct technical checks to ensure all necessary equipment and software are functioning properly
  • Parent and teacher engagement: Organize and conduct parent-teacher meetings and orientations and act as the primary point of contact for student, parent, educator, and school queries
  • Reporting and feedback: Collect and compile weekly feedback from students and educators and gather and provide reports from educators to schools and parents
  • Documentation and media collection: Capture photos, videos, and testimonials from students, parents, and educators and maintain a repository of media for promotional and reporting purposes
  • Assessment management: Collect and organize assessment papers and facilitate the assessment process and ensure the timely collection and distribution of certificates
