Job Summary:

We are hiring experienced professionals in Transportation, Highways, and Capital Projects Advisory for Program Management roles based in Gurgaon. The position involves managing large-scale infrastructure projects, stakeholder coordination, governance, and performance monitoring across highway and transportation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

RFP CO – 2 Openings

  • Manage infrastructure programs in the roads & highways domain.
  • Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle – planning, execution, monitoring & closure.
  • Drive KPI tracking, MIS reporting, and ensure governance compliance.
  • Collaborate with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and private partners.
  • Analyze data and provide actionable insights for leadership.

GMC – 7 Openings

  • Manage National Highway projects with understanding of concession agreements & stakeholder obligations.
  • Exposure to toll operations, digitization, and IT enablement.
  • Coordinate with govt. officials, toll operators, and fintech companies.
  • Lead governance, milestone tracking, and reporting initiatives.
  • Support long-term infrastructure consulting and project management engagements.

Key Skills:

  • Expertise in Transportation / Highway / Capital Projects / Infrastructure Advisory
  • Strong understanding of Project Governance, MIS, KPI Management
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
  • Analytical, self-driven, and adaptable in dynamic project environments

Qualification:

  • Essential: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Architecture
  • Preferred: MBA or equivalent qualification

Preferred Industry Background:

  • Construction & Infrastructure
  • Consulting (Capital Projects / Program Management / Advisory)
