Key Account Manager (B2B Segment Logistics)

About the Role:
We are looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) to drive growth and manage strategic client relationships in the B2B logistics segment. The role requires strong client handling skills, business acumen, and the ability to deliver value through logistics solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with key B2B clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring service excellence.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and work with internal teams to deliver customized logistics solutions.
- Monitor account performance, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular business reviews and provide insights for improvement.
- Achieve defined sales targets and account growth KPIs.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3–6 years of experience in Key Account Management / B2B Sales (preferably in logistics, supply chain, or related sectors).
- Strong understanding of logistics & supply chain solutions.
- Proven track record of handling large accounts and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and provide strategic recommendations.
- MBA/Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
