Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. You will be responsible for developing strategies to drive sales, expanding the client base, and nurturing leads into successful business partnerships. Collaboration with internal teams and delivering exceptional service to customers will be a key focus.
Qualifications
- Proven skills and experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong expertise in Business operations and Account Management
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the hair, beauty, or related industry is advantageous
