We are HIRING Freshers, IT Sales or SaaS Sales experinced candidated for US Sales role

Job role: We are seeking enthusiastic candidates, experienced or freshers, from an IT sales or SaaS sales background for a US night shift (6 PM–3 AM IST). The role requires strong convincing and negotiation skills, a polite and humble approach, adaptability to new challenges, and a positive learning attitude to build lasting client relationships and drive business growth.

  • Job Location: Phase 8B Industrial area, Mohali, Punjab
  • Salary Package: 25k to 1 lac + Incentives in USD ($)
  • US shift: 6 pm- 3 am, full-time, Work from office
  • Cab facility available for both pick & drop
  • 5 days working

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online research for US-based freight brokerage services.
  • Engage with shippers and carriers to identify their requirements and offer suitable freight solutions.
  • Negotiate rates, contracts, and terms with clients and carriers to ensure profitable deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with US clients and logistics partners for repeat business.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely booking, dispatch, and delivery of shipments.
  • Manage shipment documentation and ensure compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
  • Follow up on client inquiries and provide prompt resolutions to maintain satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on market trends and freight rates to remain competitive in the US logistics industry.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a polite, humble, and professional demeanor at all times.
