Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at Upstep Academy, located in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential clients, conducting sales presentations, building and maintaining client relationships, and closing sales deals. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to develop strategies for reaching target markets, analyzing sales data to inform future strategies, and providing high-quality customer service throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Sales and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills
- Presentation and Negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies
- Experience in the education technology sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
