Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Education advisor to join our advisory team. The Education

Advisor will be responsible for engaging with prospective students and parents, generated through our

performance marketing campaigns, and converting these leads into successful enrolments for our

partner universities and institutions.

Key Responsibilities

 Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from our lead database.

 Explain program offerings, partner universities, and study abroad opportunities in a clear and

engaging manner.

 Understand the needs, preferences, and goals of prospects to recommend the most suitable

programs.

 Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.

 Achieve weekly and monthly conversion targets set by the team.

 Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality & campaign

effectiveness.

 Provide exceptional customer service by answering queries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a

positive experience for all prospects.

 Stay updated on international education trends, destination countries, and partner university

offerings.

Key Requirements

 Bachelor's degree in any discipline

 Education/Marketing/Sales background preferred.

 1–3 years of experience in education/ed-tech sector in tele-calling, inside sales, or counselling.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and oral fluency in English required;

knowledge of other languages is a plus).

 Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections.

 Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

 Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
