As a Sales Executive at IIDE, you will drive admissions growth by managing leads, converting prospects, and ensuring revenue targets are met. You will serve as the primary point of contact for learners exploring IIDEs digital marketing programs and play a key role in boosting enrollments and collections.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and convert leads for undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
  • Own the complete sales closing lifecycle for assigned leads.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment, revenue, and collection targets.
  • Counsel and guide prospective learners via calls, emails, walk-ins, and chats.
  • Follow up with old, lost, or referral leads to maximize batch enrollments.
  • Assist students in the fee collection process and coordinate with education loan vendors.
  • Optimize sales strategies to improve conversion rates and ensure batch target achievement.

Required Skills

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with proven closure techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong numerical and analytical thinking.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with prospective learners.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2–6 years of experience in sales, business development, or admissions.
  • Prior experience in education sales or service-based selling is a plus.
