
Corporate MICE Sales

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a MICE Corporate Sales Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business from corporate clients, managing end-to-end execution of events, and acting as a key liaison between the client and internal teams (Creative, Operations, Production). This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and target corporate clients for MICE-related events (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions).
- Develop and pitch customized event proposals and presentations.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and track conversions.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Client Servicing:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients after business conversion.
- Understand client needs, objectives, and expectations to ensure successful event delivery.
- Provide regular updates and communication to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Project Coordination:
- Coordinate with internal teams – creative, operations, and production – to ensure alignment with client brief.
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of the event – from concept to delivery.
- Monitor event timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction and profitability.
- Conduct post-event debriefs with clients and internal teams to gather feedback and identify improvements.
Requirements:
- 3 - 5years proven experience in MICE sales or corporate event management.
- Strong network of corporate clients in Bangalore or the South India market is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for meetings and event execution (as needed).
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
