We are looking for a dynamic **Sales and Marketing Executive** who is passionate about **on-field marketing, client acquisition, and business development**.

**Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation & Client Acquisition**
- Identify and approach potential clients for video production services.
- Conduct **field visits, cold calls, and follow-ups** to generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

**Marketing & Brand Promotion**
- Promote RYT CliQ Production’s services to businesses, brands, and agencies.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetups.
- Distribute marketing materials and explain service offerings.

**Sales & Business Development**
- Achieve sales targets through client meetings and presentations.
- Negotiate deals, close contracts, and generate revenue.
- Maintain a database of leads and track follow-ups.

**Market Research & Strategy**
- Identify industry trends and new business opportunities.
- Provide insights for marketing campaigns and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve outreach efforts.

**Key Requirements**

✔ **Education**: Graduate in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
✔ **Experience**: 1+ years in field sales & marketing (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
✔ **Skills**:

- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Strong persuasion & presentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Basic understanding of video production & digital marketing is a plus

✔ **Other Requirements**:

- **Willingness to travel for client meetings and sales visits**:

- **Own vehicle preferred** (with valid driving license)
