Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, developing marketing campaigns, and promoting our range of corporate gifting solutions to businesses across industries.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client meetings.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.

Understand client requirements and provide customized gifting solutions.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Marketing & Branding:
Support the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.

Collaborate with the design team to create marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs, and promotional content.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.

Client Management:
Maintain regular contact with clients to understand their evolving needs and address any issues.

Manage order processing, delivery schedules, and after-sales support.

Collect and act on client feedback to improve service quality.

Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.

Analyze sales data to track performance and recommend areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

0-6 Months of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (experience in corporate gifting is an advantage).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.

Good understanding of digital marketing tools.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Compensation:
Basic Pay + Incentives upon finishing the targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Performance bonus
