Are you a dynamic and driven professional with a passion for client engagement and sales? The YARD Coworking Space is looking for an experienced Sales and marketing manager to manage and convert inbound leads into successful client relationships. This is a pivotal role for someone who excels in communication, understands client needs, and can showcase how The YARD’s unique coworking solutions align with their business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement**: Understand client needs, tailor offerings, and guide them through the process, ensuring high conversion rates.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop in-depth knowledge of The YARD’s spaces, services, and flexible solutions to clearly communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
- **CRM Management**: Keep accurate records of all lead interactions and progress in the CRM, ensuring efficient lead nurturing and pipeline management.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.
- **Feedback & Improvement**: Gather feedback from leads to help improve our offerings and enhance customer experiences.

Qualifications:

- **Experience**: 2-4 years in inbound sales or pre-sales, ideally in coworking, real estate, or flexible workspace sectors.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

**Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication, with a focus on engaging and converting leads.
- Proficient in CRM systems( zoho crm) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in English is a must.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
