Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Business Account Manager (B2B). The Business Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining relationships with business clients, and identifying new business opportunities. The role involves collaborating with the sales team to meet targets, understanding client needs, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction with NoBrokerHood's services and features.
Qualifications
- Skills in client relationship management and business development
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
- Experience in the real estate or tech-enabled services industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
