GEO SOURCE, based in Gujarat, India, is an NTPEP, ISO, & CE Certified high-quality manufacturer of Non-Woven Needle Punch Geo Textile and various other Geo Synthetic products. Our products are primarily used in civil and environmental engineering projects for their multi-functional properties such as separation, stability, drainage, filtration, and protection.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities. Other tasks include coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client objectives, monitoring market trends, preparing reports, and providing account updates to senior management.
Qualifications
- Client relationship management, Account management, and New business development skills
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams to deliver client solutions and ensure client satisfaction
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and prepare performance reports
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in civil or environmental engineering projects is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
