Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will oversee client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction by building strong relationships and understanding their needs. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, managing deliverables, creating and monitoring account strategies, analyzing market trends, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will be proactive in providing solutions to clients and maintaining alignment with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, and customer service
  • Strong skills in sales strategy formulation, business development, and revenue generation
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to proactively engage with clients and internal teams
  • Analytical and strategic thinking for assessing and adapting to market trends
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other relevant software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Prior experience in the healthcare or medical solutions industry is a plus
