Role Overview:
- Schedule Management: Oversee the CEO's calendar, coordinating meetings, calls, and travel to maximize productivity.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take detailed minutes, and track action items to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
- Communication Management: Draft, proofread, and edit emails, presentations, reports, and announcements to maintain a high standard of communication.
- Responsiveness: Maintain a high response rate throughout the day, addressing inquiries promptly to ensure smooth operations.
- Cold Calling & Relationship Building: Contact prospective wholesale buyers to generate leads and nurture long-term business relationships.
- Customer Interaction: Engage professionally with wholesale customers, responding quickly to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Travel Planning: Arrange seamless domestic and international travel, managing flights, accommodations, and transport.
- Itinerary Management: Prepare detailed itineraries with all required documents (e.g., visas, meeting schedules).
- Trade Show Planning: Schedule meetings at trade shows across the US and secure sales appointments with prospective buyers.
- Lead Follow-up: Follow up on leads generated from trade shows through emails and calls to convert prospects into sales.
- Process Improvement: Develop workflows to streamline the CEO's tasks, ensuring efficiency and prioritization.
- Office Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as budget tracking, filing, and processing invoices.
- Performance Monitoring: Provide regular updates to the leadership team on new sales opportunities and overall performance.
