About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Chief Sales Head to lead our media sales function, drive business growth, and build strong relationships across BFSI, FMCG, and Consumer Durable sectors. The role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and experience in OOH, BTL, or rural marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the media sales function for audio-based OOH networks and BTL activation services
  • Identify, target, and onboard BFSI, FMCG, and Consumer Durable clients
  • Develop and execute national sales strategies with a rural and semi-urban focus
  • Manage relationships with media agencies and direct clients
  • Oversee the complete sales cycle from pitching to renewals
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations for successful campaign execution
  • Monitor industry trends and strengthen go-to-market strategies
  • Report to senior leadership on revenue forecasts and sales performance

Candidate Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in Media Sales, BTL Activations, or Rural Marketing
  • Experience handling BFSI, FMCG, and Consumer Durable clients
  • Strong target orientation with a track record of achieving large-scale sales goals
  • Proven ability to lead and manage high-performance sales teams
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Delhi-based candidates preferred
  • Graduation in any discipline
