Role Description

This is a part-time VLSI Trainer role at YHills. The VLSI Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions for college students and fresh graduates. This role entails designing and delivering course content, guiding students through assignments and projects, and providing mentorship and support. The trainer will also assess students' progress and engage in regular feedback sessions to improve the training experience. This is an on-site role located in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and expertise in VLSI and related technologies
  • Experience in training or teaching, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
  • Hands-on experience with VLSI tools and software
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to mentor and support students effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to guide students through practical assignments
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field
  • Prior industry experience in VLSI design and verification is a plus
